ALL GEARED UP accepts inbound firearm transfers, outbound FFL transfers, private party transfers, and select NFA item transfers.

All firearm transfers are handled by appointment only to ensure dedicated time, accuracy, and secure handling of your firearm. While we gladly serve local transfer customers, ALL GEARED UP is primarily an online firearm and tactical gear retailer. Appointments allow us to efficiently manage incoming transfers, customer orders, shipping, and compliance requirements.
Tracking information showing "Delivered" does not mean your firearm is ready for pickup. Firearms must be received, inspected, verified, and logged into our records before they can legally be transferred. Once processing is complete, we will contact you to schedule your appointment.
Please do not arrive without confirmation from us. All firearm transfers are completed in accordance with federal and North Carolina laws.
If you are purchasing a firearm online, please ensure the seller includes your full name and telephone number with the shipment whenever possible.

Under the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, firearm purchasers between the ages of 18 and 20 may be subject to additional background check review requirements.
These enhanced reviews may involve federal, state, and local agencies and can result in longer processing times than a standard NICS background check.
While many transactions are approved quickly, some may require additional review before a final determination can be made.
ALL GEARED UP has no control over these review periods and cannot expedite the process. We will contact you as soon as we receive a final response and your firearm is eligible for transfer.

Ammunition cannot be shipped with firearm transfers.
All outbound firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL holder in accordance with federal law.
Private party firearm transfers are available by appointment only.
Both parties must be present during the transaction and must comply with all applicable federal and North Carolina firearm laws.
All required paperwork and background checks will be completed during the appointment.
ALL GEARED UP accepts select NFA item transfers and assists customers through the ATF eForms Form 4 submission process.

ALL GEARED UP is an appointment-only business for firearm transfers. We value our customers' time and ask that you respect ours and that of other customers by arriving on time or notifying us if you need to reschedule.
Customers who fail to appear for a scheduled transfer appointment without a call or text ("No-Call/No-Show") will be assessed a $20 No-Show Fee, which must be paid before the firearm transfer can be completed.
Once you have been notified that your firearm has arrived, please schedule your transfer promptly.
Firearms remaining unclaimed for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned and subject to forfeiture to ALL GEARED UP.
