Firearms purchased online that require shipment must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for lawful transfer to the purchaser, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
The customer is responsible for selecting or providing a valid receiving FFL and complying with the receiving dealer's requirements.
The receiving FFL may charge its own transfer, background-check, storage, or other fees. These charges are separate from amounts paid to ALL GEARED UP and are the customer's responsibility.
A firearm will not be transferred to the purchaser until all applicable federal, state, and local requirements have been satisfied, which may include:

If a firearm cannot be transferred, the transaction will be handled according to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, including any applicable restocking, processing, shipping, distributor, or return fees.
Firearm, ammunition, magazine, accessory, and other product restrictions vary by jurisdiction and may change.
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws affecting their purchase, possession, receipt, transfer, or use of a product.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain fees and expenses may be non-refundable, including applicable restocking fees, payment-processing costs, original shipping, return shipping, distributor fees, and other costs as described in that policy.
Firearms that have been legally transferred to the purchaser are final sale, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, machine guns, and other products regulated under the National Firearms Act are subject to additional federal requirements.
Customers purchasing NFA-regulated products are responsible for satisfying all applicable legal requirements.
Payment for an NFA-regulated product does not guarantee approval of the applicable ATF transfer.
ATF processing times and approval decisions are outside the control of ALL GEARED UP.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ALL GEARED UP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or a transaction conducted through it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALL GEARED UP's aggregate liability for a claim arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid to ALL GEARED UP for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
