ALL GEARED UP sells firearms, ammunition, and related products. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
Some products and transactions may require additional verification and a higher minimum age (21 for handguns under federal law).
This policy explains cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made from All Geared Up. By placing an order with All Geared Up, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
You may request cancellation before an order ships or, for a firearm, before the firearm has been transferred to you by the receiving FFL.
Once an order has shipped, is in transit, or the firearm transfer has been completed, the order cannot be canceled.
Firearm orders that are canceled before shipment or transfer, including cancellations resulting from a failed or denied background check, may be subject to a restocking/cancellation fee of up to 15% of the firearm's merchandise price.
Special-order items, distributor-fulfilled orders, and orders that have already been processed or allocated may also be subject to applicable cancellation or restocking fees.
All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been legally transferred to the purchaser.
Because of federal firearm transfer requirements, All Geared Up cannot accept a firearm back as a normal retail return after the transfer has been completed.
Please inspect your firearm carefully before accepting the transfer from your FFL.
If a firearm is found to be defective after transfer, the firearm may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All Geared Up will make reasonable efforts to assist you with contacting the manufacturer when appropriate, but warranty repair or replacement is ultimately subject to the manufacturer's policies.
If a firearm cannot be transferred because the purchaser is denied, prohibited from receiving the firearm, fails to complete the required transfer, or is otherwise unable to legally take possession, the transaction may be canceled and refunded subject to the applicable deductions described in this policy.
Unless otherwise required by law, applicable deductions may include:
Sales tax associated with refunded merchandise will be handled as required by applicable law.
Unused and resalable accessories, gear, and other eligible non-firearm merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery when the item is in its original packaging and original condition.
Items that have been used, installed, damaged, altered, or are otherwise not in resalable condition may not be eligible for return.
Items specifically marked Final Sale are not returnable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of an error by All Geared Up, such as receiving the wrong item.
Eligible returns and canceled orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the merchandise subtotal.
Restocking fees may apply to firearms, special-order merchandise, distributor-fulfilled merchandise, opened items, regulated items, or other products for which All Geared Up has incurred processing or restocking costs.
Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the shipping expense has been incurred, except when the return results from an error by All Geared Up.
If additional shipping or return shipping charges are incurred because an order is refused, undeliverable, cannot be transferred, or must be returned by an FFL or other recipient, those costs may also be deducted from the refund where permitted.
Credit and debit card processing costs incurred by All Geared Up are non-refundable where permitted by law.
When applicable, a 3.5% processing fee based on the original total amount charged to the card may be deducted from the refund.
This fee is separate from any applicable restocking fee and reflects payment-processing costs associated with the original transaction.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Any applicable restocking fees, non-refundable shipping charges, payment-processing fees, return shipping charges, or other permitted deductions will be deducted before the refund is issued.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after a refund is processed for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account. Processing times are controlled by the financial institution and may vary.
When inventory allows, exchanges may be accommodated. Exchanges are generally processed as a return of the original eligible item and a new purchase of the replacement item.
Firearms that have already been transferred are not eligible for a standard exchange.
Please contact All Geared Up before returning merchandise or requesting an order cancellation.

Include your order number, the item involved, and the reason for your request so we can review the transaction and provide appropriate instructions.
Do not ship a firearm or other regulated item to All Geared Up without receiving return instructions and authorization first.
